1. Klassy
The Klassy Referral Contest (the “Contest”) is administered by Klassy, Inc., with an address at 8821 Aviation Blvd Ste 88174, Los Angeles, CA 90009 (“Klassy”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (b) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (c) are the parent or legal guardian of a student enrolled in grades K-12 and residing in the United States. Students and other minors are not eligible to enter or participate directly in the Contest. All Contest registration and participation must be completed by an eligible parent or legal guardian using their own contact information. Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Klassy, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on September 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 1, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Klassy’s computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Contest. Only eligible referrals completed during the Contest Period will count toward a participant’s ranking.
4. How to Enter
During the Contest Period, an eligible parent or legal guardian may visit www.klassylearning.com and follow the instructions to:
- provide their own valid email address;
- join the Klassy waitlist; and
- receive a unique referral link.
After joining, the participant may share their unique referral link with other eligible parents and legal guardians.
Participants may not submit an email address or other personal information on behalf of another person, including a child. Each referred parent or legal guardian must independently access the referral link and submit their own information.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or participate. Limit one (1) Contest registration and one (1) referral account per person. Multiple registrations by the same individual may be combined or disqualified in Klassy’s reasonable discretion.
5. Verified Referrals
For purposes of the Contest, a “Verified Referral” means a unique individual who:
- is eighteen (18) years of age or older;
- is the parent or legal guardian of a K-12 student residing in the United States;
- accesses the Klassy waitlist through a participant’s unique referral link during the Contest Period;
- independently submits their own valid email address;
- has not previously joined the Klassy waitlist; and
- successfully completes any verification process reasonably required by Klassy.
Referrals of students or other minors will not count toward Contest rankings. The following will not constitute Verified Referrals: self-referrals; duplicate registrations; fictitious or fraudulent accounts; invalid, disposable or temporary email addresses; automated or bot-generated referrals; purchased referrals; referrals generated through spam or other unlawful communications; or referrals generated through deceptive, fraudulent, abusive or other methods intended to manipulate Contest results. Klassy may review, audit, reject or invalidate any referral that Klassy reasonably determines does not comply with these Official Rules.
6. Ranking and Winner Determination
Participants will be ranked according to the total number of Verified Referrals credited to their Contest accounts during the Contest Period. At the conclusion of the Contest Period, the eligible participant with the highest number of Verified Referrals will be the potential first-place winner. The eligible participants with the next highest numbers of Verified Referrals will be the potential winners of the remaining prizes, according to their final rankings.
Winners are not selected randomly. No random drawing or other element of chance will be used to determine Contest winners. Klassy will verify referrals and participant eligibility before finalizing Contest results.
7. Leaderboard
Klassy may display participant rankings on a public leaderboard during the Contest Period. The leaderboard will display only a participant-selected display name or, until a participant selects one, a limited identifier designated by Klassy (for example, “Parent #0468”). Klassy will not display participants’ email addresses or other contact information on the public leaderboard. By participating, entrants acknowledge that their designated display name or limited identifier, ranking and number of Verified Referrals may be publicly visible during the Contest Period.
All leaderboard rankings are preliminary and subject to final verification. The presence or position of a participant on the leaderboard does not guarantee eligibility or entitlement to a prize. Klassy’s verified records will control in the event of any discrepancy between the public leaderboard and Klassy’s records.
8. Ties
If two or more participants have the same number of Verified Referrals at the conclusion of the Contest Period, the participant who first achieved the applicable number of Verified Referrals, as determined by Klassy’s records and timestamps, will receive the higher ranking. No random drawing will be used to break a tie.
9. Prizes
A total of fifty (50) prizes will be awarded, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
First Place Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a trip for the winner and one (1) K-12 student for whom the winner is the parent or legal guardian to attend a Baltimore Ravens regular-season home game selected by Klassy.
The Grand Prize includes:
- two (2) tickets to the designated game;
- round-trip economy airfare for the winner and accompanying student from a major commercial airport reasonably selected by Klassy;
- two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations, one room, double occupancy;
- one (1) year of Klassy platform access; and
- one (1) complimentary DNA Vibe Jazz Band (Jazz Band Mega Vibe kit).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,000.
Additional Prizes
Participants ranked second through fiftieth will receive the applicable prizes below:
- 2nd Place: one (1) Lamar Jackson jersey, one (1) complimentary DNA Vibe Jazz Band (Jazz Band Mega Vibe kit), and six (6) months of Klassy platform access, ARV $1,400
- 3rd Place: one (1) complimentary DNA Vibe Jazz Band (Jazz Band Mega Vibe kit) and three (3) months of Klassy platform access, ARV $1,000
- 4th–50th Places: one (1) complimentary DNA Vibe Jazz Band (Jazz Band Mega Vibe kit) and one (1) month of Klassy platform access, ARV $900 each
Total ARV of all prizes: $50,700.
Jazz Bands are provided as complimentary donated devices, have no cash alternative through Klassy, and are not offered for resale by Klassy. Recipients may receive a digital redemption code as the method of fulfillment. Eligibility, referral verification, fulfillment and other restrictions apply.
All prize details not expressly stated in these Official Rules will be determined by Klassy in its reasonable discretion.
10. Grand Prize Travel Terms
The Grand Prize winner must be the parent or legal guardian of the accompanying student and must accompany the student throughout the trip. Winner and accompanying student must travel together on the same itinerary and on dates specified or approved by Klassy. The winner is responsible for obtaining all identification and documentation required for travel for themselves and the accompanying student.
Air transportation will be round-trip economy class from a major commercial airport reasonably selected by Klassy. If the winner resides within 150 miles of the destination, Klassy may provide ground transportation in lieu of airfare, without payment of the difference in value. Hotel accommodations consist of one standard room, double occupancy, for two (2) nights.
Unless expressly identified as part of the Grand Prize, meals, ground transportation, baggage fees, parking, gratuities, hotel incidentals, travel insurance, personal expenses and all other expenses are not included. The specific game, travel dates, airline, hotel, seating locations and other travel arrangements will be determined by Klassy, subject to availability.
If the designated game is postponed, cancelled or otherwise unavailable due to circumstances beyond Klassy’s reasonable control, Klassy may substitute the affected portion of the Grand Prize with a prize or experience of equal or greater value, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Klassy is not responsible for delays, cancellations, lost baggage or other acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, venues, transportation providers or other third parties.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except in Klassy’s discretion. Klassy may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
11. Taxes
All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. Winners may be required to provide information or documentation necessary for Klassy to satisfy applicable tax reporting requirements.
12. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified at the email address associated with their Contest registration within 14 business days following the conclusion of the Contest Period. A potential winner is not an official winner unless and until Klassy verifies the participant’s eligibility, Verified Referrals and compliance with these Official Rules.
Potential winners may be required to execute and return, within the timeframe specified by Klassy, documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and administer the applicable prize, including an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, prize acceptance documentation and applicable tax documentation.
The potential Grand Prize winner may also be required to provide reasonable documentation confirming that they are the parent or legal guardian of the accompanying student and to execute appropriate travel and minor consent documentation.
If a potential winner: (a) cannot be contacted; (b) does not respond within the timeframe specified by Klassy; (c) declines the prize; (d) cannot establish eligibility; (e) fails to timely provide required documentation; or (f) is determined to have violated these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and the applicable prize may be offered to the next highest-ranked eligible participant.
13. Participant Conduct and Prohibited Activity
Participants may share their referral links through lawful means, including personal social media accounts, text messages, email and other personal communications, subject to applicable laws and applicable platform terms.
Participants may not:
- use bots, scripts, automated systems or similar technology to generate referrals;
- create or encourage fake, duplicate or fictitious registrations;
- purchase, sell or exchange referrals;
- submit another person’s personal information;
- send unlawful spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
- make false or misleading statements about Klassy, the Contest or any prize;
- manipulate or attempt to manipulate the referral tracking system or leaderboard;
- interfere with another participant’s participation; or
- otherwise engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or unfair conduct in connection with the Contest.
Klassy reserves the right to disqualify a participant and invalidate any associated referrals if Klassy reasonably determines that the participant has violated these Official Rules or attempted to improperly influence Contest results.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be collected, used and maintained in accordance with Klassy’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
The Contest is intended solely for participation by parents and legal guardians. Participants should not provide Klassy with a child’s email address or other personal information when entering the Contest or making a referral. Each referred parent or legal guardian must independently provide their own information through the participant’s referral link.
By joining the Klassy waitlist, participants may receive communications concerning Klassy and its launch as disclosed at the time of registration.
15. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, Klassy may request permission from an adult winner to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness and general prize information in connection with announcing or promoting the results of the Contest. Participation in the Contest does not itself grant Klassy the right to use a participating child’s name, photograph, image, likeness, voice or other identifying information for advertising or promotional purposes. Any such use will be subject to separate authorization from the child’s parent or legal guardian where required.
16. General Conditions
Klassy reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or other circumstances beyond Klassy’s reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper administration of the Contest. If the Contest is terminated before the scheduled end of the Contest Period, Klassy may determine winners based on Verified Referrals properly received before termination, to the extent fair, practicable and permitted by law. Klassy’s decisions concerning eligibility, referral verification, ranking and administration of the Contest will be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
17. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Klassy and its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be waived. Klassy is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected or undelivered registrations or referrals; technical, network, hardware, software or communications failures; inaccurate referral tracking resulting from circumstances beyond Klassy’s reasonable control; or unauthorized interference with the Contest. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Baltimore Ravens and NFL Disclaimer
The Baltimore Ravens and the National Football League are not affiliated with or responsible for the administration of this Contest and have not endorsed this Contest. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
The Contest and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, subject to any applicable consumer protection or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Before initiating any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Rules, the participant and Klassy agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. A participant may initiate informal resolution by providing Klassy with written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the relief requested at Support@klassylearning.com. Klassy and the participant will have thirty (30) days from receipt of the notice to attempt to resolve the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved through the informal resolution process, any action arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Rules must be brought individually in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, CA, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each participant agrees that any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Contest or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class, collective or representative action. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
20. Winners List
For the names or limited identifiers of Contest winners, send a request to Support@klassylearning.com within 60 days following the conclusion of the Contest. Klassy may provide only such information as is required or permitted by applicable law.
21. Official Rules
These Official Rules constitute the rules governing the Contest. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any advertising, social media post, website copy or other promotional materials concerning the Contest, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
